Meet Your Instructor Katja

Hi, I’m Katja.

For over 20 years, I’ve been helping people move with greater awareness, ease, and confidence through Pilates and yoga.

As a former professional dancer, movement has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. After discovering Pilates and later yoga, I found a way of moving that supports both body and mind - bringing more balance, connection, and a sense of feeling at home in our bodies.

Over the years, I’ve seen how regular movement can leave us feeling better in our bodies and more able to stay active, capable, and independent through every stage of life. But I also know that life can be busy, and it’s not always possible to make it to a class. This membership was created to keep you moving - at home, while travelling, or whenever movement fits into your day. Pilates & Yoga with Katja goes where you are going.

My goal is to create a calm and welcoming space where you can build consistency, move safely, and take care of your body for the years ahead.
